The Captain Legendary Band plays original outlaw country, inspired by the likes of Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, and David Allan Coe. With these influences they easily they walk the line between country and southern rock and roll.
Although originally hailing from Baton Rouge, they have developed a loyal following in southern Texas as well. The Captain Legendary Band was nominated for a Texas Music Award in 2006 for “Live Band of the Year”.
